Processing Requests from Competent Authorities
Obmenkin provides necessary information only to competent authorities after receiving an official request with legal grounds and force. A competent authority is any person or organization to whom the state, municipality, or similar body has delegated powers, duties, and functions to request information or conduct an investigation. The request must be made on a legal basis and sent in accordance with the Terms. The information request can only be made in English and include a valid email address so that we can send a response. A valid email address is the official email address of the competent authority, which is clearly associated with the relevant competent authority. Obmenkin reserves the right to leave the request without action if it does not comply with the law. Obmenkin prefers to receive all types of requests by email to Obmenkin. The request review process takes at least thirty (30) business days
The request from the competent authority must contain the following information:

Full information about the competent authority issuing the information request

Name and identification details of the person responsible for the investigation
3
Official email address, postal address of the competent authority, and contact phone number
4
A clear description of the types of information requested by the competent authority
To be able to effectively process the request, we additionally ask the competent authority to provide transaction details related to the request: wallet address, transaction hash, transaction amount, or any other important information held by the competent authority.
